The last segment of Viaggio in Italia resumes the initial theme of Federico II. The emperor's tomb was recently rolled in a sheath called la camera bianca (the white room). With a probe inserted into the stone, a group of scientists discovered that the emperor lies not alone, but rather in the embrace of an unknown woman.
