Carlo Collodi's beloved character revisited: 'My Pinocchio is hyperactive, cynical, and rebellious. He resembles the Carmelo Bene version more than that of Disney' (Tutino). Written for the ICOOSS of Vienna and for the Opera Theater of Genoa, the production was revived in 2001 at the Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino in Florence.
