Born in Pordenone in 1977, he graduated in composition at the 'Jacopo Tomadini' Conservatory in Udine and trained under the tutelage of the Maestro Renato Miani.

He is one of the most appreciated composers of his generation and has collaborated with important names of the Italian and International music such as Flavio Emilio Scogna, Omer Wellber, Alda Caiello, Roberto Abbondanza, Francesco d’Orazio, Silvia Cappellini Sinopoli, Daniela Petracchi, Antonella Ruggiero, Michelangelo Carbonara, Pasquale Iannone, Nivola Fiorino, the Monesis Ensemble, Orchestra Sinfonica Abruzzese, Orchestra Filarmonica of Lublin, Orchestra Sinfonica 'Nova Amadeus', Orchestra 'Nuova Scarlatti di Napoli', Orchestra Sinfonica di Bari, Orchestra 'Rossini' of Pesaro, Orchestra Regionale Sarda, Ra’anana Symphonet, Coro Lirico Sinfonico Romano.

Among his works, it is important to mention 'Cantico dei Cantici', a Jewish Cantata for chorus & orchestra, presented in Rome in 2004 and chosen by the city of Lublin for the first death anniversary of Giovanni Paolo II; 'Infinito Silenzio' (Endless Silence), canto for baritones and orchestra with poem of David Maria Turoldo ; 'Luce' (Light), part of a trilogy about beauty, including also 'Trasparenza' (Transparency) and 'Silenzio' (Silence).

In 2006 he writes 'Icone' (Icons), a symphony suite, drawn from the ballet 'Il segreto della tredicesima luna' (the secret of the thirteenth moon), for which he wrote the music, presented in absolute premiere at Teatro Giovanni da Udine.

In 2008, he writes 'Destinazione del Sangue' (The Blood’s Destination), a composition commissioned for the opening of the Pauline Year (Ed. Stradivarius), with text by Davide Rondoni, presented at San Giovanni in Laterano with performances in many Italian cities. This work has been produced and distributed in cd, together with 'Icone' (Icons) by Stradivarius.

In 2009, he writes 'EastWest Romance', for violin and orchestra, which is commissioned by the Ra’nanah Simphonet and performed in absolute premiere by Francesco d’Orazio and by the Ra’ anana Symphonet under the conduction of Maestro Omer Wellber, in Jerusalem, in occasion of the reconciliation concert, during Benedetto XVI visit in the Holy Land. In the same year, “Mater” for string orchestra is presented in Rome.

At the same time he devotes himself to chamber music, composing many works for different musical and instrumental ensembles.

In 2010 he publishes “A Piano Diary”, a collection of works for piano solo interpreted by the pianist Michelangelo Carbonara.

His future projects are: the presentation, in absolute premiere of 'Face to Face', for violin solo and string orchestra, in Rome, commissioned by Nova Amadeus Orchestra; of 'Liber Mundi' for soprano violin and orchestra, in Pesaro for the 'Gioacchino Rossini Orchestra'; of 'Memorie del Sottosuolo' (Subsoil Memories), a production of the Noto Festival, for acting voice and instrumental ensemble; of a piece for trio and voice, commissioned by the Altenberg Trio of Vienna, to be performed in absolute premiere in February 2011.

Furthermore, he has composed music for tv, for RAI and for Sat2000.

He also writes pop songs, such as 'Canzone fra le guerre' (Song Between Wars), presented in 2007 at the Sanremo Song Festival by Antonella Ruggiero, finalist of UNICEF’s award and winner of Lunezia’s award for the best piece of Sanremo.

He has been creator and artistic director of the record collection 'Arte Solidale' (Solidaristic Art), promoted by Curci, Feltrinelli Record Mediastore and ACLI Nazionali, involving artists such as Emilio Scogna, Silvio Amato and the ensemble of the Scala Theatre of Milan.

His music is played in the most important Italian cities and is broadcasted by radio RAI, Radio Vaticana and by many other TV and radio Stations. His works are published by Casa Musicale Sonzogno, Curci, Stradivarius.
